We exist to ease the emotional and everyday challenges of caregiving, helping caregivers feel confident, informed, and never alone as they advocate for and care for the people they love.

Behind The Brand
The Rooted Caregiver was founded by Anna Teal, who has walked the path of caregiving and knows the weight it carries. Rooted Caregiver grew out of the mission and community behind Aphasia Readers, which Anna also founded in 2020.
This brand is built on lived experience, deep empathy, and the belief that caregivers deserve more than burnout and survival mode.
This is not just a brand, it’s a movement to re-center the caregiver.
